Singing to Hanibal Lecter.

Sometimes life is hilarious,
I played a show for Radio France called “le fou du roi”. The two guys you can see sitting on the audience panel below me are Jean Renaud (Leon) & Gaspard Ulliel (Hanibal Rising). Both were very nice people but when i had to go down to sing they were right in front of me and all i could think was i’m singing to Hanibal Lecter and Leon. You can listen to the show here, i sing about 39.40, click on the recouter button top right. You can practice your french.
Waiting now to go to soundcheck for the first show in Sweden. Eating Chococlate vegan ice-cream at Emil’s, my Label owners apartment. Life is tough!

Hi !
Well I heard you during “le fou du roi” and I feel ashamed to admit it was the first time I heard about you ! What a pleasure to listen to “until the morning comes” !! What a beauty ! I wish my English were better as it is difficult for me to find words to express what I felt. Great voice, so moving, so… so many things I would like to say…
I immediatly bought “A fire to scare the sun” : it is just like a necklace where each pearl is more beautiful than the other one ! I am unable to say which song is my favourite one as they all are, actually !!
I listen to your songs all the day long, making my artdolls (I would be proud if you would go to see my website, I have even made an English translation of it !). I receive all the emotions you send to people through your words, your voice and your music. Sometimes it makes me sad and nostalgic, sometimes I realize I am smiling to the angels, alone in my studio. Well, it deeply touches me. And it feeds my own emotions I try to give people through my dolls. Thank you so much, and sorry again for my bad English. I hope to see one of your show during your french tour.
Good luck !

Did you talk with Hugh Coltman ? If I’m not mistaken, he was also singing that very day, and I quite like the guy’s music (a lot, actually).

Good to read !
And I must say I love each and every little songs of you played live and scattered here and there on the internet… though I still have to see a whole gig of yours. Something to take care of as soon as possible
